BRITISH STATE HARASSMENT
I
I am elderly and Disabled and I moved into my new home in Aberdeenshire Scotland in October 2016, I found a quiet deserted farm road to walk my dog, where I could take my time and it was free from people and vehicle.
I walked my dog on this road until the end of November 2017 with no problems from anyone, the first time in December 2017 I was on this road was 26th December 2017, I had just put the dog in the car, was just about to move away when MDP Ministry of Defence Officers and a vehicle drove up along side me, the driver asked me what I was doing, I told him it was none of his business, if he had a brain he would have seen my Disabled Badge on my car and the Dog in the back, that would have given any normal person a clue, then he said I was up to no good, he was not a very good clairvoyant, then he started to harass me with all sort of rubbish questions, he then contacted the Police to check out my car details and my details, I have no criminal record just walking my dog like I have done on that road for the past 14 months without incident. I have two Dash Cameras in my car one in the front and one in the rear, which I have had on my cars for over 8 years, and I wear two body cameras as Disabled people like me often get harassed by people in Scotland just because we are Disabled, very common in Scotland, and if you get harassed for nothing just like I had been done the Criminals in Uniforms refuse to do anything about hate crime against the Disabled in Scotland, I have evidence of this previously and other Disabled people being harassed.
I made a complaint about this to the local Gas Plant that these MDP Officers allegedly patrol, within one hour of making that complaint I had the Police at my home, stating I had contacted the Gas Plant making a complaint, and they said I was abusive to them, that was a lie as I recorded my phone call, I asked the Police what was the abuse I gave the person, they said they did not know, I said go and get a statement from the person, come back and charge me and we can go to court and I can play my telephone recorded conversation, and get off my property, then never came back, that is why I can the Police in Scotland the Criminals in Uniforms. I then contacted the Director of the Company that operates the Gas Plant on the behalf of Shell Oil Company by Email on the 29th January 2017, I got an automatic response back from him that he was on holiday and would not be back in the office until 11th January 2018, I then sent a reply back, about 40 minutes later I had again the Criminals in Uniforms at my door with copies of the Emails I sent to the Director of the Gas Plant, they said he did not want any Emails from me, I told them TOUGH LUCK this is a civil matter and I will send him as many Emails as I like and told the Criminals in Uniforms get off my proper which they did.
I then finally managed to get in contact with the MDP headquarters in Braintree Essex in England and made a complaint about these MDP Officers harassing me, they said they were going to come up to Scotland and see me, then they said it was not financially viable to do that, they said they were going to do that, they said they would send Officers from the Gas Plant to see me. This happened in January 2018, The came to my home and I started to show them the video evidence from my Dash and Body Cameras, this video lasted 5 minutes of this confrontation on the 26th December 2017.
I had it downloaded onto my Laptop, after about 30 seconds of me playing the Video they interrupted me by saying they saw nothing wrong, so I closed my Laptop as clearly they did not want to see the other four and a half minutes of that confrontation the MDP had with me, they then spent 90 minutes trying to get me to withdraw my complaint which I refused to do, Then they saw my Body Camera in my display cabinet that had recorded this meeting, they asked if I had been recording this meeting I said yes, they then got up and left saying they would be coming back, they never came back, I then got a letter in February 2018 from the MDP in Braintree Essex which stated that the MDP at the Gas Plant knew about my Disability and the need to walk my dog on that road, and that they would not approach me or engage with me, that was a lie as after the 26th December 2017 incident the MDP officers sit in MDP vehicles and watch me walking my dog, which they never did when I walked my dog on that road from October 2016 until the end of November 2017. So now they are stalking me and watching me walking my dog every time I am on that road. I then made a complaint to PIRC in Scotland, they are the Police Investigation Review Commission, I got a report from them months later that said. IT WAS NOT CEAR WHY THE MDP OFFICERS APPROACHED ME AND ASKED ME FOR Y DETAILS AS I WAS NOT DRIVING THE VEHICLE AT THE TIME, I HAD NOT COMMITTED A ROAD TRAFFIC OFFENCE AND I HAD NOT BEEN INVOLVED IN A ROAD ACCIDENT. AND TO LEAVE ME ALONE.
Since that incident in December 26th December 2017 I then made a SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST TO THE MDP for all the information they had about me, they refused to give me that information until PIRC had completed is investigation into my complaint, I thought this was very strange. I eventually got that information about the 5 minute confrontation with the MDP Officers on the 26th December 2017, I got over 50 A4 sheets of information from the MDP in October 2018 a few months after PIRC did its report. So over 50 sheets of information for a 5 minute confrontation the MDP had with me.
Now I saw some very serious and concerning lies and how the British Nazi Fascist State operates. In that documents I saw a form for my arrest, they never used it, they had a form for me to sign so they could access my medical records from my Doctor, I was not asked to sign it, if so I would not have signed it, they had sent my details to the Metropolitan Police Doctor in London almost 600 miles away. This was under the FTAC regulations, This is a NAZI FASCIST ORGANISATION WITHIN THE LONDON METROPOLITAN POLICE AND A PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL THAT MONITORS THREATS TO THE ROYAL FAMILY AND MPs, MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT. IT IS CALLED THE FIXATED THREAT ASSESSMENT CENTRE.
I then saw a report by the Metropolitan Police Doctor on me, it stated.
THIS IS A TRICKY CASE ISN’T IT, WHAT I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS TRICKY ABOUT ME WALKING MY DOG ON A DESERTED FARM ROAD WHICH I HAD DONE FOR 14 MONTHS WITHOUT INCIDENT BEFORE THESE TWO MDP MORONS IN A VEHICLE APPROACHED ME ON THE 26th DECEMBER 2017.
The report then went on to state, IT APPEARS ON THE DETAILS GIVEN AS YOU OBSERVED WHEN WE SPOKE, THAT THIS IS MORE OF VEXATIOUS/QUERULANT TYPE OF INDIVIDUAL AS APPOSED TO A SERIOUSLY MENTALLY UNWELL, DELUSIONALLY DRIVEN PERSON. I HAVE NO MENTAL ILLNESS.
THE REPORT GOES ON TO SAY, WE DO HAVE SOME GUIDANCE ON DEALING WITH QUERULANTS, SO I HAVE ATTACHED A COPY OF THIS DOCUMENT IN CASE THIS ASSISTS YOU AT ALL.
THEN IT GOES ON TO SAY. I CAN’T SEE FROM THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED THAT YOU WOULD CURRENTLY GET ANYWHERE SEEKING TO REFER __MY NAME___ TO ANY MENTAL HEALTH TEAM FOR INTERVENTION SINCE THERE IS NO REAL DEMONSTRABLE EVIDENCE OF MENTAL ILLNESS. I WAS WALKING MY DOG, MINDING MY OWN BUSINESS WHICH I HAD DONE FOR 14 MONTHS WITHOUT INCIDENT, AND THEN THIS HAPPENED IN DECEMBER 2017.
The MDP have advised me that they have no video cameras in these vehicles, but I have a recording of that confrontation, so the MPD have sent lies to the Metropolitan Police Doctor, nobody has seen the video recording of the confrontation the MDP had with me, and are not interested in that evidence, lies are all they are interested in.
In this report on the December 2017 incident the MDP Officers wrote, that I was seeking a confrontation with MDP Officers so I could download it on Social Media, I did not have a Social Media Account, he was obviously hallucinating. then he said I could not see the Gas Plant from where I was parked, why would I park somewhere where I could not see the Gas Plant if I wanted to see it, I have no interest in the Gas Plant, and I live in the area and know about it, and you can see the GAS PLANT clearly while driving on the A90 Peterhead to Fraserburgh Road.
This officer then goes on to say I have 20 Digital Cameras in my car, this moron cannot even count, I had two dash cameras in my car, one in the back and one in the front, and two body cameras, one I took off and pointed it at this MDP Moron, and the stench that was coming from the open window was revolting, So he cannot count, so he has stated to the Metropolitan Police Doctor that I had 20 Digital cameras in my car. The MDP documents states that I sent threatening Emails to the Director that operates the Gas Plant of the behalf of SHELL OIL COMPANY, I have a copy of my Emails to him, and they do not contain any threats.
These MDP Officers advised me that there was a Gas Plant along the road, at the bottom of the deserted farm road I walk my dog on is a sign that says GAS PLANT, and I can read, perhaps this MDP Moron cannot read, and I live in the area and know about the gas plant.
The documents the MDP created about me are full of lies, why did the Metropolitan Police Doctor not look into these MDP Officers mental health, because it is obviously they are SERIOUSLY MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS and are out of touch with reality as can clearly be seen by my recorded dash and body camera footage. But nobody is interested in that.
Since that incident on the 26th December 2017 the MDP have harassed me every time I walk my dog on that deserted farm road, they block my access to that road, block me from leaving that road, follow me when I go to the local town to do shopping, they come up to me while I am in my car and stand and look in at me with guns hanging from their legs, I have hundreds of photographs of this, No newspaper will do an article on this, I went to my local Member of Parliament about this harassment in January 219, he said he would write to the MDP about this, he never did anything, I went to see him six months later and he had still done nothing, he is captured on my Body Cameras, he then sent me an Email stating he is still trying to find out who to contact at the MDP, I then Emailed him the name of the Minister in charge of the MDP who sits in Parliament not far from him, he then stated to me that he did not offer to write to the MDP, I have the recording of him saying that on my Body Camera. I am still being harassed by the MDP, I wrote to Dominique Cummings at Downing Street last year and sent him over 30 photographs of the MDP Harassment, he never replied, the letter was sent recorded delivery, and receipt of delivery I have.
I then Emailed Nicola Sturgeon in January and February this year sending her photos of the MDP following me, sitting watching me, standing beside my car with guns hanging from their legs looking in at me and my dog. she said my Emails were receiving attention, she has done nothing, I then sent a letter to Boris Johnston at Downing Street recorded delivery, it has been signed for, it had a copy of my letter to Dominique Cummings and more photos of harassment, he has done nothing, but what they did was send my letters and photos to the FTAC, they then sent them to my Doctor, and the FTAC has also sent my details to the Aberdeenshire Mental Health Unit, they contacted me and they said they would be phoning me on a date and time, I contacted them and advised them not to contact me, now they are phoning me and leaving messages for me. So now they are harassing me now, The Criminals in Uniforms (Police) come to my home, I have them captured on my CCTV System, I have 8 CCTV cameras on my property, excellent quality system, records on a NVR and holds 5 weeks recordings, it has audio also, The Police come here regularly to my home, knock on my door, go round to the rear of my property and knock on my back door, I refuse to answer the door, I then write to them enclosing a picture of the Police Officers here, they then advise me that they have no information or details of the Officers at my home, numerous pictures from my CCTV system of Officers at my Home since December 2017.
I live in a Cul De Sac, and I now have vehicles coming here sitting outside my home watching me, I contacted the Police about them, they refused to do anything, one comes here in a Range Rover, and he as also a Blue van, I have the registration numbers, I put a picture of these vehicles on my car offering a reward for information about this person, I then got phone calls from people who advised me that this man was a violent criminal who was 68 years old and had a 40 year history of violence and against disabled people, he had a brother of 66 that lived with him, he beat him up so badly he was taken into care, and he has a court order on him prohibiting him from seeing him or knowing where he is, I now have his address, these people that phoned me were concerned for me, and they said he could be going to attack me, smash up my car, or even set fire to my home the Police will do nothing, I now have another vehicle that sits outside my home, it has the number plates distorted so you cannot see the vehicle number, I have photos of this vehicle from my CCTV system.
I live alone and If anyone that is reading this can help me or do anything to help me get relief from this I would be grateful for any help, I have many other serious incident I can detail and have CCTV evidence of.
